About Repdar
Repdar is an independent service that helps businesses watch their Google reviews, reply with care, assess policy concerns and keep an honest record of what happened. Google reviews only, and Google decides every removal.
Why Repdar exists
The hard part starts after the review appears
A notification says that feedback exists. It does not explain what the review needs, who should own it, or whether the public response, policy question, and operational follow-up are moving together.
Repdar gives that work a shared structure: one record for monitoring, replies, policy assessment, ownership and follow-through. We work on Google reviews and Google Business Profile locations only, so the work stays connected to one source.
Operating principles
Clear enough to act on, careful enough to trust
Good review operations preserve context, make responsibility visible, and stay honest about what the business controls.
Evidence before claims
Policy concerns need a specific basis. Themes invite investigation. Observed changes stay separate from assumptions.
Human judgment stays central
Local context, sensitive language, and serious escalations remain visible to the people responsible for the decision.
Legitimate criticism has a place
Negative feedback is not automatically a violation. A composed response and internal follow-up are often the useful path.
Control stays accurately described
Repdar can support policy-based requests. Google evaluates them and decides whether a review remains published.
