Information you choose to share

When you contact Repdar, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. We also record when the enquiry was submitted, which part of the site it came from, and your permission for us to respond.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to understand your request, respond, and keep a record of the conversation. Submitting the form does not sign you up for a marketing newsletter. We ask only for your contact details to start the conversation.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in a restricted server directory for Repdar follow-up. The form reports success only after the enquiry has been stored; if storage fails, the form says so and keeps your details so you can try again.

Access is intended for the people operating the service. Website hosting providers may process technical information necessary to deliver and protect the website. We do not sell information submitted through the enquiry form.

Cookies and technical data

The public website does not use advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies. Technical server logs may record request details needed for operation and security. Local browser storage remembers whether you have paused decorative motion. Fonts and illustrations are hosted with the website; the site displays no third-party images. External links, including Google’s help pages, are governed by their own privacy practices.

Keeping information only as needed

We keep enquiry records for follow-up and legitimate business recordkeeping, then review them for deletion when they are no longer needed. You can request access, correction, or deletion using the contact form. Use the email address associated with your earlier enquiry. We will follow up so you can describe your privacy request. We may need to verify the request before acting.

The client application

This notice covers the public Repdar website. The account, connected review data, and access controls within the separate Repdar client application require their own service arrangements. This public website does not request access to your Google account or read your Google Business Profile.

Changes and questions

We may update this notice as the service develops. The date above identifies this version. For questions about this notice, contact Repdar.
